• Treatment Chambers (Kilns): Insulated enclosures equipped with heating and air circulation systems to raise the wood’s core temperature.

• Temperature Monitoring Systems: Precision sensors placed inside the wood and treatment chamber to ensure accurate heat penetration.

• Control Units: Automated systems to monitor, record, and control treatment cycles in accordance with regulatory standards (e.g., reaching 56°C at core for 30 minutes).

• Data Logging: Digital records of each treatment cycle for audit and certification purposes.

1. Timber or wooden packaging material is loaded into the treatment chamber.

2. The system raises the internal temperature uniformly.

3. Once the wood’s core reaches the required temperature (usually 56°C or higher), it is maintained for a specified duration (typically 30 minutes).

4. Post-treatment, the wood is cooled and unloaded, now certified for international use.
